These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and NagaEmpire ("Platform", "we" or "NagaEmpire") regarding the use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By accessing the nagaempire website at nagaempire.pro, downloading or using our mobile app, registering an account, making a deposit, joining any game, or using any service we offer, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at nagaempire. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any refund.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring no other party accesses or uses your account
• Notify the nagaempire support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

NagaEmpire will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by any other party, whether authorised or unauthorised by you.

NagaEmpire accepts deposits via a variety of secure and trusted payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Online Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.

All deposits are processed instantly or within no more than 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method. If your deposit is not credited within that time, please contact our support team with proof of payment.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method that registered under your own name
• NagaEmpire does not accept third-party deposits or direct cash transfers
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed
• NagaEmpire reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources

Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 working hours once the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and the daily withdrawal limit depends on your membership tier — regular members may withdraw up to RM10,000 per day while VIP members enjoy a higher limit.

Withdrawal conditions that must be complied with:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to your own bank account or digital wallet your own name
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be processed
• NagaEmpire reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. All valid real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you once the review process is completed, within 5–10 working days.

Nagaempire's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.
